Bedroom Dance Party

Dance parties in your bedroom can be fun and helpful for a myriad of different reasons. Whether you are feeling depressed, unmotivated, or bored, turning on upbeat music from one of your favorite “positive/upbeat” playlists and dancing around your room is a great way to shift your energy and your mindset.
Dance and movement in general, can be a useful tool to help snap yourself out of a funk. You can choose to dance in a very energetic way, jumping, and shaking, or instead chose to move in slow, calm, rhythmic motions.
This is an activity that you can do alone, or as a family.
