Effective School Solutions (ESS) has developed a series of Behavioral Support Solutions that can help schools address this type of challenging or disruptive behavior in students.
ESS’s behavior intervention program provides a comprehensive suite of strategies and tools designed to effectively support underlying student mental health challenges and manage intense behaviors by blending innovative and evidence-based clinical and behavioral approaches.
Trauma-Attuned Model®
We offer a trauma-attuned behavior intervention program tailored to the specific needs of each student, ensuring a safe and ethical approach that supports both academic and mental health stability.
Comprehensive Support and Collaboration
We provide comprehensive mental health and behavioral services, including in-classroom support, de-escalation interventions, and student crisis management. The program collaborates closely with the ESS/classroom multidisciplinary team to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Data-Driven and Individualized Plans
Our solution includes an in-depth clinical and behavioral analysis through data collection on frequency, intensity, and duration. This data is shared with interdisciplinary teams to craft individualized plans (if needed), ensuring targeted and effective support for each student.

Our behavioral intervention program incorporates trauma-attuned behavioral interventions designed to meet the specific needs of each student, ensuring a safe and ethical approach that supports both academic and mental health stability.
