Research-informed Professional Learning Services build teacher capacity to address classroom behavior challenges and create a school culture of safe, inclusive learning environments
New Providence, NJ — March 10, 2026 — Effective School Solutions today announced the launch of its Core 4 of AttunED Professional Learning Services (PLS) program, designed to strengthen educators’ capacity by deepening their understanding of student behavior and creating more regulated, connected learning environments.
Grounded in Effective School Solutions’ deep expertise in delivering Tier 3 clinical programs within schools, the Core 4 of AttunED equips every educator in the building with the mindset, knowledge, and skills to support students’ mental health needs. Through whole-school training, in-class coaching, and consultation with school and district administrators, the program creates a stronger, more responsive school community where K-12 students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

A Research-Informed Framework
Based on best practices in mental health, behavioral support, trauma, and neuroscience, the Core4 of AttunED™ is organized around four essential educator practices that shape classroom culture and guide educators’ responses to student behavior.
- Curiosity – Shifting from assumption to understanding. Curiosity invites us to pause before judging and to seek understanding before reacting.
- Care – Strengthening educators’ self-regulation and their ability to coregulate with students
- Connection – Building trust and belonging within classroom communities
- Collaboration – Promoting accountability and relational repair when conflicts arise
Through the Core 4 of AttunED, educators will receive practical strategies that can be implemented immediately and sustained over time. The first module, Cultivating Care with Transition Resets, focuses on strengthening educator regulation and helps teachers recognize early signs of stress in their students to prevent escalation.
