Partnering with Effective School Solutions, a New Providence, N.J. provider of school-based mental health services for K-12 districts, Red Hook placed two full-time licensed clinicians inside Red Hook High School and Linden Avenue Middle School (LAMS). Now, 20 of the district’s most at-risk students—those experiencing persistent school avoidance, repeat hospitalizations, and serious emotional or behavioral challenges—receive school-based mental health care.
