Event Overview

Welcome Happy Hour

Date & Time: Sunday, October 25 | 6:30–8:30 pm

Location: Lucy Blue, 468 19th St, Oakland

Kick off the Urban Collaborative with an informal gathering. Connect with Effective School Solutions team members and fellow district leaders in a relaxed setting as we gear up for the conference.

Networking Dinner & Drinks

Date & Time: Tuesday, October 27 | 6:30–8:30 pm

Location: Dona, 3770 Piedmont Ave, Oakland

Join us for dinner and drinks to deepen relationships with fellow Urban Collaborative members and Effective School Solutions leadership. This is a prime opportunity to discuss how in-school mental health supports your district MTSS goals.

In-School Mental Health Program Site Visit

Date & Time: Wednesday, October 28 | 12:00–2:00 pm (exact time TBD)

Location: Oakland Academy of Knowledge (OAK), 8755 Fontaine St, Oakland

See in-school mental health in action. Tour a district program, observe how embedded clinicians work within the MTSS framework, and ask questions in real time. Limited spots available.
